We meet the last Thursday of every month from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. We discuss the current book and look for ways to apply principles to our lives. The book club is FREE to attend.
This group modeled from the Emotions Anonymous 12-step recovery program. The group is for individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, anger and other emotional difficulties.
