Boom Well is a six week, in-person experience designed for our senior community (ages 60+). Led by Valrie, our Licensed Professional Counselor, this group offers a space for well-being, connection, and intentional reflection during this season of life.

Each week, participants are invited to slow down, share, and engage in meaningful conversation that honors the wisdom, stories, and spiritual depth they carry. Together, we gather to be strengthened and grow in community.
