Minister Venita Welcome is a licensed professional counselor, founder of The More Project, and creator of the Permission Framework—a transformative program that helps people understand their calling and step into what God has for them. She is anointed by God to give people permission to discover His More.
She walks with Christian seniors who carry long memories of faith, disappointment, or loss, helping them access the restoration God still has for them.
Through The More Project and the Christian Wellness Center of NJ, which she has founded and led for 25 years, Minister Venita guides people through the Permission Framework—helping them identify where permission was denied, understand the patterns that held them back, and receive the calling God has for them.
Author of The Boomerang Effect, The Three Chairs, and Soul Lights Up, Minister Venita blends biblical wisdom with clinical care—rooted in prayer and the truth that God heals the whole person.
Her message is clear: God has given you permission. There is still more—more renewal, more peace, more calling, and more life in Him.
